Specialized in enhancing cultural heritage through digital media, she combines academic research and operational design to promote innovation and sustainability in the cultural sector. She is currently a PhD student at the Venice School of Management – Ca’ Foscari University, with a research project dedicated to the strategic use of data for the management and promotion of cultural heritage. At Museum Strategy Consultancy, she works on business development, operational performance analysis, and fundraising strategies. She also supports the drafting of reports and social balance sheets, contributing to institutional communication and accountability.

Expert in Destination Management and Destination Marketing, she has been dedicated for over 15 years to promoting cultural destinations, museums, and both public and private institutions. She has developed expertise ranging from visitor experience and branding to stakeholder engagement and territorial governance, as well as intersectoral synergies with commerce and culture. She is also specialized in developing tourism products and designing culture-based experiences. Since 2020, she has been teaching the Tourism Management for Culture program at the Business School of the RCS Group – Corriere della Sera in Milan. At Museum Strategy Consultancy, she leads projects focused on enhancing the tourist value of territories, museums, and cultural institutions, with an approach oriented toward sustainable growth.

A cultural economist who studied between Venice, Milan, New York, and Stockholm. She earned a PhD in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. She has worked for institutions such as the Museum of Science and Technology in Milan and MUSE – Science Museum of Trento, and has specialized at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Copenhagen Business School, and Politecnico di Milano. For years, she has been a lecturer and adjunct professor at several Italian universities, teaching Financial Analysis, Funding, Management, and Marketing for Culture. She is author and reviewer for international scientific journals, including Giornale delle Fondazioni, International Journal of Arts Management, and Art Management Network Journal. She is a member of ICOM Italy, Europeana Network, Arts Marketing Association, and ASSIF – Italian Fundraising Association. Her passion for cultural heritage and strategic innovation led her to found Museum Strategy Consultancy in 2020.
