Performance Analysis and Drafting of Annual Report

GOALS
The drafting of the first Reporting Document (Social Balance) of the Foundation was driven by the need, on the part of the organization, to have a tool for reporting both qualitative and quantitative performance results to all of its stakeholders, both internal and external.
The purpose of the document was twofold: in terms of internal management, it serves as a tool for monitoring and analyzing the results achieved by the set of strategies, activities, and investments promoted by the Foundation to pursue its mission and vision; with respect to external actors in its various reference communities, the document represents an important tool for accountability and transparent reporting to all stakeholders, both public and private, individual and institutional.
Activity
The activities included:
- Collection of multi-year qualitative and quantitative performance data
- Data analysis and identification of performance results and KPIs
- Definition of the structure of the Reporting Document
- Drafting of the Reporting Document
- Support to the supplier (Graphic Design Studio) for the implementation of data visualizations
