Obiettivi

The Arnaldo Pomodoro Foundation was established on the initiative of sculptor Arnaldo Pomodoro who, in 1995, decided to create an institution to preserve, protect and safeguard his work and collection and, at the same time, to promote research into the practice and expressive art of sculpture. With the Foundation's new course, which began in 2013 with its move to the Via Vigevano headquarters - also the artist's studio - it became necessary to devise a growth strategy capable of respecting the vision given by the founder and, at the same time, responding to new stimuli and expectations from stakeholders.

The need therefore emerged to undertake a path to strengthen the foundation's institutional profile, through integrated actions of stakeholder engagement and business development (including a dedicated corporate and consumer fundraising plan).

Museum Strategy Consultancy supported the foundation in a growth process that included

  • an in-depth analysis of the internal conditions and context, the expectations of internal and external stakeholders, the strategic objectives by order of priority, and the system of economic, cultural and human resources. One of the most important results of this phase was the drafting of the foundation's materiality matrix with the definition of objectives and priorities in relation to the different categories of stakeholders
  • the definition of operational tools, with the drafting of, among other materials, the foundation's case for support, benefit programmes and partnership kits, and the definition of a new corporate membership programme
  • the activation of new partnership agreements, most recently the two-year agreement with the fashion maison FENDI and the corporate membership with the Tenute Lunelli wine group
  • the redefinition of the individual membership programme
  • coordination with the communication area to strengthen the institutional profile (from 2023 in charge of Museum Strategy Consultancy)
