Obiettivi

The cultural association Fatti ad Arte was established with the intention of promoting High Craftsmanship, an expression of that heritage of beauty and authenticity, which started from the Renaissance workshops and still today encompasses art, culture and tradition.

Fatti ad Arte organises, in the splendid setting of the historic Palazzi La Marmora and Ferrero in Biella - already a UNESCO Creative City - an annual appointment for the Handicraft Art of the great Masters of human making.

One of the association's development objectives is the qualitative and quantitative growth of the public, through a segmentation and strategic positioning activity. In support of this process, it was necessary to define a plan to address and optimise the social communication of the association and the event.


Azioni

Museum Strategy Consultancy was responsible for the definition of a social communication plan that included the activities related to the periodic event and the association's institutional activities. In particular, it was involved in the following communication activities

  • Analysis of the conditions of the association's general and communication strategy;
  • Drafting a digital communication and storytelling strategy;
  • Identification of a set of activities to optimise the Association's channels and social profiles
  • Definition of areas of intervention and implementation
  • Guidance in the implementation of the plan
  • Social Media Management: Content realisation and planning of promotion activities
